Instructions for KOF Ultimate Mugen :
1. Download all files above from Part 1 - Part 7.
2. Extract all the parts using WinRAR to your desired location.
3. Download the mugen.cfg , Latest Patch and DLC.
4. Copy the mugen.cfg and paste it in the KOF Ultimate Mugen > data. When asked to overwrite existing file, select 'yes'.
5. Extract the KOFUltiMugfinal Patch 211213.rar using WinRAR and follow the instructions given in the patch.
6. Extract the KOFUltiMug DLC.rar using WinRAR and follow the instructions given in the DLC.
7. Run mugen.exe.
8. If you want to play 3v3 or 4v4 battles, run 3v3.exe or 4v4.exe respectively.
9. When in-game, go to Arcade Mode, select Simul, choose characters and the game will be either 3v3 or 4v4.

Note :

Upon running mugen.exe, game might take 3 minutes to load after logo screen. A Window report such as 'Not Responding' might appear. Rest assured that the game will load, just be patient and ignore the message. Unless an error message appears, run the game as Administrator.
